Pandora Blossoms is responsible for the quality of flowers that you receive. It is very important to follow the instructions at Flower Care guide, where pictures and descriptions explain what to expect, and how to prep, hydrate and bloom your flowers.
The 100% Fresh Quality Guarantee pertains to the general quality and freshness of the flower shipment as a whole. Pandora Blossoms guarantees that flowers will be delivered fresh-cut, and ready for preparation and hydration in fresh water. All flowers require hydration after shipping, and we request that all customers immediately and carefully prep the flowers, and let them hydrate for 1-3 hours.
Flowers are a natural product and therefore demonstrate some uniqueness, including spots and variations in color. For this reasons, our 100% Fresh Quality Guarantee does not include the natural variations and imperfections that occur. Pandora Blossoms does not guarantee that every stem will be the same and free of imperfections.
It is the customer's responsibility to properly care for flowers. Pandora Blossoms is not liable for products mishandled by clients. Each product page explains in detail how to care for flowers, and customers must be knowledgeable on flower care. Pandora Blossoms recommends that our customers, or a representative, be present for delivery. A signature may or may not be required at the time of delivery. Pandora Blossoms is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, USPS or UPS delays, delays as a result of Customs and Agricultural inspections, or other natural acts.
RETURN & REFUND INFORMATION
If you have questions with your flower shipment, please contact Pandora Blossoms IMMEDIATELY after opening your boxes and email us to Pandorablossoms@gmail.com. All complaints must be communicated verbally and accompanied with digital pictures indicating all the flowers within 24 hours of receipt of the product or your claim will not be accepted and no refund will be granted. In order to process your claim, we will request digital pictures and/or return of all product (for quality inspection).
Returns are subject to restocking fees of 20% – 25% of the purchase price ( minus the shipping fees). Pandora Blossoms may assess the restocking fees and return shipping fees against the customer’s account or deduct the fees from the refund amount on all returns. Pandora Blossoms reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment.
